Reasons for the phenomenon of paint explosion on color-coated panels
1. Reasons for the phenomenon of paint explosion on the color-coated panels
a. Add passivation solution first, then add water when matching the tank.
Due to the density problem of the passivation solution, for example,
when the density of the passivation solution is higher than that of water,
the raw materials will mix unevenly, and the adhesion of the passivation layer and the substrate will be poor,
which is very easy to cause the surface of the color-coated panels to explode. phenomenon.
b. In addition, the passivation board temperature production process stipulates that it is inspected every 2 hours.
The reason is that the staff of the color-coated board manufacturer does not regularly track the passivation board temperature during the inspection.
Especially in winter, the temperature change is relatively large within 2 hours, which will eventually cause the aging of the color-coated board,
and the phenomenon of scratching and peeling of the paint will occur during the pressing.
c. During the production of color-coated panels, dust on the exit inspection mirror, and there is also dust on some rollers.
Dust will directly affect the surface quality of the color-coated panels. The paint will explode when it grows longer, or when exposed to the sun.
2. Precautions for storage of color-coated boards
First of all, we cannot store composite color-coated panels in the open air,
and store composite color steel coils in a clean and tidy workshop or warehouse to avoid the contact of color steel coils with various corrosive media.
Secondly, the floor where the colored steel coils store should be flat, free of hard objects, and a composite board room with sufficient load-bearing capacity.
Composite color steel coils should store in a dry and ventilated indoor environment,
not in a very humid environment for a long time,
and the color-coated panels should not be stored in an environment with excessive temperature differences.
In addition, some special types of color steel composite panels must not place directly on the ground but should place on rubber pads or stow to avoid damage.
Finally, the composite color steel coils should take reasonably in the order of use to minimize unnecessary movement and loss during use.
